COVID-19
Please do not enter the surgery if you have a fever, cold or flu symptoms. Please CALL AHEAD and advise our reception staff so appropriate arrangements can be made.
2024 Flu and COVID vaccines now available
Free government funded influenza vaccines are now available to eligible patients including:
• People aged 65 years and over
• Children aged 6 months to 5 years
• Pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy)
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people (6 months & over)
• Medically at risk groups such as those with heart, lung, neurological or kidney disease, diabetes or immunocompromising conditions.

As with all vaccinations, people are encouraged to discuss the vaccine options available to them with their health practitioner. You can also use the booster eligibility tool to determine whether you are eligible for a COVID-19 booster vaccination.
75 years and older: Recommended every 6 months.
65-74 years: Recommended at least every 12 months, but can receive every six months.
18-64 years:
With severe immunocompromise: Recommended at least every 12 months, but can receive every six months.
Without severe immunocompromise: Can receive every 12 months.
5-17 years:
With severe immunocompromise: Can receive every 12 months.
Without severe immunocompromise: Not recommended.
Under 5 years: Not recommended.

Flu is already circulating in the community, alongside COVID-19. Your best protection this winter is to get a flu shot and stay up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations. The COVID-19 and flu vaccines can be given together at the same time, now available to our patients at our clinic. For all appointments, phone 02 6370 3001 Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 4pm.
